One more TLD surpassed a million

On Saturday, 16 January, second generic top level domain (gTLD) .top surpassed a million registrations. This gTLD is managed by a Chinese company and most of its registrants are chinese. During the last three months .top experienced a dramatic growth - 450 thousands new domain names were registered. However, it might be a challenge to catch up with the first and currently the largest new gTLD .xyz, which has more than 1.7 millions registrations.
