Contact Update command

This command follows standard EPP Contact mapping, RFC-5733, with a simple extension for being able to change regNr and vatNr fields of the contact object.

Policy restrictions

Once contact is created, some of its fields later cannot be changed:

• legal type of the person (contact:org cannot be given for private persons and its value may not be updated for legal entities)
• lvcontact:regNr can only be added but not changed or removed (change of a registration number would mean a completely different legal entity - in such cases a new contact should be created instead)
